A Quality Assurance Specialist Role
Description
This is a crucial position that supports the monitoring and evaluation of customer interactions to ensure they meet quality standards. The goal is to provide insights to customers to improve program performance.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate customer interactions such as calls, emails, and chats for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze results and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in calibration sessions with quality leaders to ensure scoring consistency and best practices.
- Maintain strong knowledge of client products and services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve overall contact quality.
- Meet productivity requirements and contribute to maintaining quality documents.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Entry level job with little or no prior experience required. Develops basic skills to perform routine tasks with close supervision.
