About the Role

Lifesupplyusa is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer in household essentials, specializing in Amazon. We're a lean and efficient team looking for a core member to help scale our catalog and sales.

This position is crucial— you'll be responsible for managing backend listing health, driving front-end optimization, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize sales contribution and product rankings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize 500+ SKUs on Amazon.
  • Ensure backend settings are correctly populated.
  • Conduct monthly front-end audits for content accuracy.
  • Track keyword ranks, CVR, and pricing against sales targets.
  • Monitor profit and subcategory BSR.
  • Set and assess weekly sales goals and target BSR for each listing.
  • Identify underperforming listings and implement improvement strategies.
Strategic Insights & Collaboration:
  • Partner with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and creative.
  • Monitor competitor listings and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven performance reports.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs).
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong knowledge of listing optimization and keyword strategy.
  • Familiarity with Sellerboard, Keepa, and DataRova or similar software is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon TOS, backend attributes, and compliance.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and analytical.
  • Committed to a single full-time role.
