We are seeking a Product Strategy Manager to lead growth across multiple channels, focusing on product strategy and optimization.
About the CompanyPosition Responsibilities- Catalog Strategy & Growth: Develop data-driven strategies to grow product categories across marketplaces
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales, market share, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Product & Pricing Optimization: Refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to improve profitability and marketplace performance
- Advertising & Promotions: Manage PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and promotional initiatives to boost visibility and conversion rates
- Product Launches: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, inventory, and promotional channels
- Customer Insights: Design and implement customer feedback polls to gather insights on satisfaction and preferences; use findings to improve listings, ads, and overall brand strategy
- Competitive & Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development, positioning, and campaign strategies
- Continuous Improvement: Run A/B tests, analyze performance data, and iterate regularly to drive improvements in listings, pricing models, and advertising effectiveness
- Listing & Pricing Optimization: Continuously refine product listings, pricing strategies, and ad performance
- Product Expansion: Identify and launch high-potential products based on market insights and trends
- Amazon Expertise: 3-5+ years of owning a category, driving sales, profits, and growth
- Organized: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Decisive/Self-Starter: Make quick, informed decisions to keep projects moving forward and resolve challenges
