Job Title: DevOps Observability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Observability Expert to join our team of talented professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining an Observability solution aligned with our company's strategy and vision.

  • Develop and implement an Observability platform that integrates seamlessly with our existing DevOps tooling and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Observability solution into delivery pipelines and application codebases.
  • Communicate effectively with governance streams to ensure adherence to process, quality, and architectural design.
  • Deliver high-quality results against functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Take ownership of key features and drive them to completion.
  • Communicate progress and raise impediments early to minimize impact on delivery.
  • Participate in incident management to rectify production defects based on criticality and severity.
  • Guide and support team members in implementing Change Control principles.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of Observability pillars and proficiency in tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch, and CloudWatch.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying and managing AWS resources.
  • Current experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering using Java, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management Tools and technologies such as Source Code Management; Git, DevOps platforms; GitLab, TeamCity, Sonatype Nexus.
  • Understanding of monitoring applications and infrastructure in non-production and production systems.
