Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Communications Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, captions, and videos, to communicate our services and values.
  • Assist with basic website updates to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Run online ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google) to attract new clients and drive conversions.
  • Monitor campaign results and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in social media management, landing pages, meta and google ads.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of websites and SEO is a plus.
  • Experience in the disability or healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential.
