Role Overview

The Digital Workplace Adoption Lead is a pivotal position responsible for driving the successful adoption of digital workplace and productivity solutions across an organization. This role plays a key part in the Digital Workplace Center of Excellence, aiming to boost employee productivity through technology.

  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools. Identify relevant features for employees.
  • Understand how other companies utilize industry workplace solutions and identify opportunities for reapplication within the organization.
  • Understand how current solutions are being utilized and determine adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage. Programs may involve training, communications, hands-on guidance for key activities.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as a subject matter expert for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment, as a team player.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requires little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
