Job Title: Email Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Strategize, formulate, and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate insights and reports on performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to enhance client experience.
  • Work with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure strategy alignment and clear instructions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands.
  • Client Understanding: Deeply understand client needs and translate into strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Client Communication: Share insights and plan for development.
  • Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team is aligned with overall strategy.
  • Service Expansion: Upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include Client Retention Rate, Client Satisfaction, Campaign Performance, Account Growth, Team Collaboration, and Client Advocacy.
