The Business Insights Manager is responsible for uncovering meaningful business trends at the intersection of data and strategy. This role analyzes sales performance, builds dashboards, partners with cross-functional teams, and delivers actionable data-driven recommendations that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
- Key responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and client data to identify key drivers, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports that provide visibility into KPIs, conversion rates, and sales cycle dynamics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, client segmentation, and territory planning.
