Real Estate Support Specialist

The role of a Real Estate Support Specialist is pivotal in delivering exceptional technical and administrative support to real estate agents and clients. This position requires a self-sufficient, tech-savvy, and service-driven support professional who can handle live chat, email, and phone inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, brokers, and clients seeking platform assistance via chat, email, and phone using tools like Intercom, Dialpad, and Salesforce.
  • Troubleshooting Issues: Assist users with basic troubleshooting such as browser compatibility, password resets, and connectivity issues.
  • General Support: Guide users through platform challenges and encourage them to learn new tools to stay ahead.
  • Escalation Cases: May assist with testing and researching issues before they become problems.
Requirements:
  • Customer Support Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical roles.
  • Live Chat or Tech Support Environment: Experience working in live chat or tech support environments.
  • English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal English skills, able to write professional replies.
  • Multi-Tasking: Comfortable multitasking across chat, email, and task tools.
  • Quick Learning: Quick to learn new systems and troubleshoot on your own.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
