Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on SMEs.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good observational skills for process and product improvement.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
