Customer Service Representative

  • Consistently adhere to attendance requirements and scheduling demands.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is necessary.
  • Successful work-from-home experience is an asset.
  • Strong command of the English language is essential.
  • Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up activities.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
