Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers.
  • Process orders and handle returns or exchanges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
