Job Summary

The role of Process Analytics Engineer is a critical component of our Enterprise Projects team. This position supports the implementation of process mining and operational analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with data engineering, Power Platform technologies, and process mining tools like Celonis.

  • This position focuses on preparing and transforming operational data for use in process analytics, developing process mining models, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and automation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in evaluating process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis, ARIS) to identify suitable solutions for business needs.
  • Design and implement process mining models using Celonis or similar tools to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources, translating them into event logs.
  • Develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Create Power BI dashboards to visualize process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across analytics initiatives.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or equivalent field.
