Reporting Specialist Position

Our organization seeks a skilled and analytical Reporting Specialist to develop and maintain high-quality dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data analysis, business intelligence, and report design, as well as advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are also required, including KPI dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas and macros.

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
  • Create and maintain KPI reports using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
  • Maintain and update existing reports based on evolving business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and Excel reporting tools.
  • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including KPI dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas and macros.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
