Job Title: Intelligent Automation Developer

We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join our team. As an Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building intelligent automation workflows that drive business growth.

  • Create automated solutions using n8n, Power Platform, or similar workflow tools.
  • Develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases (summarization, data transformation, structuring, decision logic).
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools into end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.
  • Lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions that meet business requirements.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our product and operations teams to design and implement automation solutions that drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in automation, workflow design, or integrations.
  • Proven production experience using n8n, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional automation designs.
  • Expertise in API work: JSON, webhooks, authentication, error handling.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and prompt engineering fundamentals.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Bonus Points

  • Background in BPO, tech consulting, or client-facing support with U.S. clients.
  • Experience designing structured AI workflows.
  • Comfort working with globally distributed, remote teams.
  • Agile or iterative delivery experience.
