Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill a critical role in our organization. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding how our customers report on their business.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience working with data and a passion for learning new tools and technologies. In this position, you will analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement, build and maintain dashboards for customers using our tool, and support Customer Success Managers with complex implementations and training.

  • Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate key findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain SQL/BI systems to support business intelligence
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • Proven experience working with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
