Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in client services and paraplanning, with experience in managing end-to-end client service processes to ensure seamless client experiences. They will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and other compliance-related documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional support to clients across various tasks.
  • Prepare accurate and timely Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs).
  • Support financial advisers by handling paraplanning tasks with high attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with product providers and clients to follow up on applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in client services, paraplanning, or a similar role in financial planning/wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise confidently with advisers, providers, and clients.
