The role of a Senior Technical Support Specialist is a pivotal position in driving innovation across cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.

Main Responsibilities- Provide support to the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during the implementation of customer-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and customers to facilitate the installation of Voice and Data services.
- Become knowledgeable about specific products within your business group and understand end-to-end processes.
- Identify issues and contribute to resolving them by continually seeking ways to improve internal processes.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IP Networking.
- Knowledge of network routing protocols such as Firewall, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIP.
- Hands-on experience with routing and switching.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills for effective Bell Customer Interaction.
- Remote work options available.
- Night Shift (9PM – 6AM) schedule.
- Amenability to working on weekends if required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of PC software and Microsoft Office (MS Excel & Word), PowerPoint, and Visio.
