Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat platforms;
- Resolving technical issues and queries in a timely and professional manner;
- Gathering information to ensure effective resolution of complex tickets;
- Maintaining knowledge of our client's products and services;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher);
- Prior experience in technical support or a related field;
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, firewall, Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking);
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles;
- Customer-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
