Job Title: Business Operations Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to drive operational excellence within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the platform's various modules, with a proven track record of configuring, customizing, and supporting them to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules to optimize business processes
  • Design and implement tailored reporting solutions to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective system adoption and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive change initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance as required
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for data analytics and reporting
  • Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation
  • Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures
