Senior Associate Role

This role requires a seasoned professional to specialise in business application consulting, focusing on operational efficiency and optimisation for clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SAP software and solutions within an organisation, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of support ticketing queues with multiple open items.
  • Facilitate client status meetings and manage relationships to ensure seamless communication.
  • Offer expert functional and technical knowledge to drive project success.
  • Maintain the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Address complex issues and provide mentorship to team members.
  • Foster exceptional standards and quality outcomes throughout the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in business application consulting or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in English is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of ITIL process knowledge or understanding is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in developing customised, premium solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA platform.
  • Experience in integrating SAP with external third-party systems.
  • Strong core ABAP skills are essential.
