About the Role

Are you passionate about streamlining business operations and creating efficient workflows? We're seeking a highly skilled Tech Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and refining our tech stack, ensuring seamless integration across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own admin setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms: CRM/ATS, Recruiting Tools, Collaboration & File Management, Operations & Payroll, and more.
  • Build, manage, and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards to drive business results.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and execute system updates or configuration changes to maintain optimal performance.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in no-code/low-code environments, loves solving workflow challenges, and wants to own backend systems that create real business results. You'll work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, sales, and recruiting to ensure our internal infrastructure is running at top speed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Tech Ops, Systems Admin, or CRM/ATS management.
  • Expertise in Go High Level, Monday.com, Gusto, and LastPass.
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and tech-first mindset.
  • Confident in documenting workflows and training others on system use.
