Job Title

Revenue Growth System Owner

As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to design and implement scalable systems that drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling revenue systems across the entire customer lifecycle.

  • Be the system owner for HubSpot product across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs
  • Develop and maintain the entire GTM infrastructure—lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and custom fields
  • Identify operational gaps, propose strategic solutions, and execute them efficiently
Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Funnel Ops & Automation
    • Build and optimize workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts
    • Implement scalable systems for lead attribution, routing, and data enrichment
  • Reporting & Attribution
    • Create executive-ready dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI
    • Manage multi-touch attribution models to provide actionable insights for Marketing, BDRs, and Sales
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Marketing to refine UTM strategy, campaign builds, and email templates
    • Align with Sales leadership on pipeline structure, SLA monitoring, and performance workflows
    Requirements:

You must have at least 4 years of experience in owning HubSpot in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment. Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations are necessary. Strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and explain them to non-technical teams is required. Self-starter, strategic thinker, and execution-focused individuals are preferred. HubSpot Certifications are mandatory.
