Accountant, Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, with expertise in accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
- Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry postings, and accurate reporting.
- Process monthly revenue tasks, including reconciliations, posting of entries, and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of annual tax returns.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in financial operations, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledgeable in ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
