Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee accounts receivable operations across the EMEA region from a permanent work-from-home setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a small team in daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects
  • Oversee monthly billing cycle, preparing and distributing accurate statements to clients
  • Manage collections through reminder emails, outbound calls, and professional client communication to resolve discrepancies and optimize revenue
  • Apply and reconcile wire payments, resolving unapplied payments and discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Support teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable with a strong track record of success
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential, with advanced skills a plus
  • Familiarity with billing or finance platforms is a bonus
