About the Role

This position combines operational customer care duties with marketing-related tasks, including assisting with e-commerce campaigns, client communications, and digital engagement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Care: Respond to client enquiries across email, phone, and social channels in line with luxury service standards.
  • Live Chat Management: Manage daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, upholding company standards.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Reply to socials, such as Google reviews.
  • Client Communication: Monitor and manage the customer care and information inbox, and handle all communication promptly.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns requiring escalation, consulting with staff and the operations team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update relevant stakeholders on outcomes.
Professional Development
  • Skills Acquisition: Participate in professional development and develop skills and knowledge acquisition.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in a similar position within a related industry is essential.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems are necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in data entry, are required.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is crucial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams are vital.
  • Resilient individuals with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback are needed.
  • Ability to build trust, influence, and coach at all levels is essential.
