Accounting Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can drive results and provide strategic guidance to the team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting activities, ensuring timely completion of AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, guaranteeing seamless month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and analyze the three core financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Establish and monitor robust financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
  • Manage vendor invoicing, collections, payroll, and cash flow monitoring to optimize liquidity.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
  • Provide scenario analysis and cash flow projections to stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
Tax & Compliance
  • Prepare and file U.S. corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
  • Manage Singapore tax filings (corporate income tax, GST) in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors when necessary.
