Job Title: Senior Financial Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join our organization.

In this role, you will oversee complex financial functions, lead financial reporting and compliance initiatives, and provide strategic insights that drive informed business decisions.

You will serve as a key advisor, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in all financial operations.

This is a hands-on position ideal for a professional who excels in dynamic environments, thrives in problem-solving, and is ready to take ownership of high-level financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle financial operations, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and month/year-end close.
  • Lead the preparation and review of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior financial professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Requirements:
  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (required).
  • 5+ years of progressive financial experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
