Job Title: Administrative Support Officer - Office Management

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Mogul Construction Corporation.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks, and maintaining accurate records. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing documents, data entry, and record-keeping;
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, pickups, and deliveries;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries in a timely manner;
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required;
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Office Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Administrative Secretary;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office;
  • Appointment scheduling proficiency;
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills;
