Responsibilities
  • General Administration: Assist in managing daily office operations, maintaining organizational systems, and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate calendars, plan meetings, and maintain schedules to optimize productivity.
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to colleagues, fostering a collaborative work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in general administration, with a strong background in schedule management, document preparation, and team support. A bachelor's degree is also required.
