Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Staff member to join our team. This role will play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made in advance.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including documentation of client interactions, meetings, and project progress.
Requirements
  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office software; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong organizational and time management skills.
