Customer Service Representative

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers. This involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, minimizing disruption to the customer experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting.
  2. Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
