Customer Service Representative Opportunity

This role is ideal for a bilingual professional who can provide exceptional support to clients as a lead generator and administrative assistant.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads, assisting in lead generation and consultation booking, and providing excellent customer support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in generating new business opportunities and book consultations with potential clients
  • Utilize CRM systems, such as Active Campaign, to track client interactions and ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with team members to follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify upselling opportunities by recommending relevant services that meet customer needs
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date client records
  • Leave detailed notes in client files for every interaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English and French language skills
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to understand various accents
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Active Campaign preferred)
  • General computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and communication tools (Front, MyContact Center)
  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and strong time-management skills
