Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator.

  • This role will play a crucial part in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver an exceptional employee experience by working closely with the People team to provide empathic and customer service-focused support.

  2. Support employee questions and inquiries, providing high-level customer service and contributing to the innovation and advancement of our People Operations framework.

HR Administration:

  1. Assist with the entire employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.

  2. Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.

  3. Manage employee data in Rippling while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Systems, Automation & Reporting:

  1. Implement rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.

  2. Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

  3. Own the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.

  4. Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.

  5. Lattice administration including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations via Updates.

  6. Report on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, Impact Conversations.

Employee Relations:

  1. Triage Zendesk tickets within 24 hours.

  2. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.

  3. Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.

  2. 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

  3. Familiarity with Australian employment laws and regulations.

  4. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  5. Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software, preferably with experience in Rippling or similar platforms.

This role will be based remotely and involve a fixed-term contract.
