Australian Human Resource Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Australian Human Resource professional to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, with a focus on Western Australian laws and compliance frameworks.

  • Solid understanding of Australian workplace legislation, especially WA-specific regulations.
  • Prior experience managing or advising on HR matters related to Fair Work, Industrial Relations (WA), and public or private sector employment frameworks.
  • Relevant HR qualifications or certifications preferred.
Your Key Responsibilities

As an Australian Human Resource professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation and WA laws.
  • Providing guidance on HR matters related to Fair Work, Industrial Relations (WA), and public or private sector employment frameworks.
  • Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong English communication skills and the ability to work remotely.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and other relevant tools.
