Human Resources Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily HR operations, delivering direction and training to the team.
  • Work with department managers to assess staffing requirements and facilitate efficient hiring and onboarding procedures.
  • Manage employee issues, reconcile conflicts, and encourage a healthy organizational culture.
  • Evaluate performance, deliver insightful feedback, and support the resolution of performance difficulties.
  • Ensure company policies are regularly reviewed and in accordance with labor regulations.
  • Administer disciplinary actions as required.
  • Supervise payroll operations, manage benefits programs, and ensure compliance with compensation laws.
  • Direct employee training efforts and support lifelong learning opportunities.
  • Oversee HR record management, assess relevant metrics, and provide support for human resources audits.
  • Foster a secure and health-conscious workplace by introducing wellness programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Established background in human resources roles, including supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
