Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to support our client's pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging targets through personalized emails, executing warm email marketing campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy and inbox health.

This role requires excellent written English, strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, and proven experience in outbound prospecting and email marketing. The candidate should be proficient in using spreadsheets for tracking touchpoints and outcomes and have a basic understanding of email deliverability and inbox health.

  • Send approximately 50 personalized emails per day from assigned profiles.
  • Track all touches and replies in a centralized tracker.
  • Achieve a minimum of 1,000 emails sent per month with at least a 10% reply rate.
Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in email marketing or lead generation roles.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in campaign execution.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to mirror the founder's tone and style.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) for tracking touchpoints and outcomes.
  • Basic understanding of email deliverability and inbox health.
