Key Responsibilities:- Respond to in-bound calls with professionalism and poise

- Document all calls appropriately and follow established procedures
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to structured guidelines and regulations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1 year of Customer Service experience or equivalent
- Effective communication and literacy skills, with ability to read scripted responses naturally
- Professional proficiency in English and Target Language
- Excellent computer skills, with quick and accurate typing
