
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated User Management Agent. As a key member of our team, you will provide frontline user management and customer support to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to investigate customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process User Management/UMT worklist requests within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Provide regular updates to relevant teams on the creation/maintenance of client-supported product accounts.
3. Follow strict instructions for creating/updating client-supported product accounts as specified in Helpdesk Briefs/Communication Plans.
4. Communicate with clients via email regarding issues related to product account maintenance and follow up on resolutions in a timely fashion.
5. Ensure that all data is accurately entered/updated in the CRM system.
6. Perform database system performance reporting tasks as required.
7. Identify root causes for alerts and errors generated by supported products.
8. Conduct Quality Control (QC) activities for User Management activities completed by other team members.
9. Complete Site Allocation for all client-supported product users in a timely fashion.
10. Escalate promptly to Shared UM TL any issues related to User Management or SLA compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To perform this role successfully, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Technical Skills:
1. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
2. Computer and Internet-savviness.
3. Call/Contact Center ticketing tools (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce).
4. Call/Contact Center call management tools (e.g. Avaya, 8x8).
Behavioral Skills:
1. Positive and enthusiastic personality and approach to work.
2. Ability to take right decisions, strong sense of ownership and accountability.
3. Ability to apply creativity to resolving problems.
4. Organized, accurate, with ability to multi-task.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication.
