We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with strong customer-facing experience to join our growing team. This role will primarily support clients in the real estate technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline technical support via phone, email, and live chat (inbound & outbound calls).
  • Troubleshoot issues using step-by-step SOPs, process guides, and provided tools.
  • Manage support tickets and inquiries, ensuring SLA targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with leadership in daily check-ins for coaching, feedback, and training reviews.
  • Adapt between support channels depending on business needs.
  • Maintain schedule adherence within the coverage window.
  • Ensure situational awareness when managing client expectations.
Training Path
  • Intensive product training during the first week.
  • Email ticket focus with daily performance goals from weeks 2–5.
  • Post-Email Training: Transition to chat support or directly to phone support.
  • Ongoing: Aggressive, hands-on training approach with assessments, coaching, and structured documentation.
