Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our retail operations and build our retail presence, ensuring seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day retail order operations, including order entry, accuracy, and execution from receipt to delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer support for pre-order activities, ensuring timely setup and SOP creation.
  • Develop efficient processes and systems for scalability as we onboard new customers and expand our team.
  • Maintain data integrity across all order operations systems, including QBO.
  • Lead monthly reconciliation and provide accurate reporting to Accounting on orders entered in all systems.
  • Create automated workflows using connectors like Zapier to minimize manual work.
Requirements
  • Expertise in automations (Zapier, Make, N8N) and spotting connections to smooth out processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a customer-facing role.
  • Elite organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented with ability to identify, define, and implement scalable processes.
  • Order Processing experience, including EDI, B2B, and manual orders, with strong ERP system experience.
  • Able to thrive in a remote work environment under minimal supervision.
  • Extremely customer-focused with an unrelenting desire to provide world-class service.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves, figure things out, and get things done, even when not in your wheelhouse.
Ideal Candidates Will Have
  • Strong understanding of Order Operations finance.
  • Experience leading teams through ERP implementations.
  • Good to advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytic skills.
