Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, staff, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Manage store budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
