Job Overview

The position involves managing adults under community supervision, with a focus on risk assessment and need. As a Senior Case Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of assessment practices for effective supervision and rehabilitation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills when working with various stakeholders.
  • Work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Apply knowledge of relevant legislation to deliver core services and ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Negotiate effectively with stakeholders on sensitive issues.
  • Develop exceptional written and oral communication skills to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel across locations.
  • Some positions may require flexible work hours, travel, or remote work arrangements.
  • Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) must be completed within 12 months of employment.
