We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage projects, and drive customer success.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service aligned with our mission.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across global markets to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Build strong client relationships and align offerings with their business goals.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in International Sales, Strategy Consulting, hyper-growth startups, Investment Banking, or similar roles with a proven leadership track record.
- Global sales or client management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen, quantitative, and analytical skills are essential.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is necessary.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and resourcefulness is ideal.
- The ability to manage stakeholders effectively across geographies is crucial.
