Key Account Director Role

Join our organization as a Key Account Director, playing a vital role in driving the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Partner Success team, focusing on executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to grow with our platform.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the success and growth of our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC, across products such as flights, hotels, cars, and packages. They will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure our partners' ongoing success.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive partner growth and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues and ensure smooth operations.

  • Provide data-driven insights to inform product offerings and optimize customer experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business-level fluency in Korean and English, proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships, excellent analytical skills, and experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners.
