Our company is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer. This position involves optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Management: Manage and maintain cloud systems, including AWS, Google Cloud, and multi-cloud infrastructure
  • Network Administration: Monitor and maintain networks and servers to guarantee uptime and efficiency
  • Alerting and Monitoring: Create and automate alerting and monitoring system logs to identify potential issues before they arise
  • Incident Management: Build tools to mitigate weaknesses in incident management or software delivery
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot support escalation requests to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Hardware and Software Installation: Install and configure new hardware and software to meet business needs
  • Security Protocols: Implement security protocols and procedures to protect against cyber threats
  • Access Control: Manage user accounts and access control to ensure secure authentication and authorization
  • Diagnostics and Debugging: Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Documentation: Document processes and data backup to ensure business continuity
  • Feedback Systems: Design efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems to improve overall customer experience
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor IT employees to foster growth and development within the team
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Certification: Professional certification (Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco)
  • Experience: At least two years' experience in a similar role
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience with IT systems and technologies
  • Leadership Skills: Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional leadership and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
