Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining client sites, ensuring they meet client needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and maintain trial and production sites.
  • Customize meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features.
  • Update meeting information, logos, banners, and upload downloadable files.
  • Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms.
  • Address support cases via online tools.
  • Analyze and route support cases appropriately.
  • Conduct client training and perform environmental health checks.
About You
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields is required.
  • You should be able to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules and work outside office hours is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision is needed.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, is essential.
