Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing the organisation's IT infrastructure, focusing on Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Defender, and Purview.

This role supports the IT Infrastructure Lead in ensuring enterprise IT systems' reliability, security, and performance, contributing to continuous improvements and modernisation efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
  • Oversee and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Configure and manage Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management.
  • Deploy and optimise Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security.
  • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure within Azure, including virtual machines, networking, and security configurations.
Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team.
