Job Overview

As a software engineering mindset applies to service management, the SRE collaborates with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams to maintain robust infrastructure and automation for critical applications.

Our search for a motivated, curious individual aims to improve processes and leadership in incident management, conducting root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

This role involves managing pipeline build and maintenance, engaging in the software development lifecycle, monitoring system metrics and health, analyzing reports, and implementing system security and resiliency measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pipeline build and maintenance according to client tooling and standards.
  • Engage in the software development lifecycle process.
  • Monitor system metrics and overall health.
  • Support production and in-house systems effectively.
  • Lead incident management and response efforts.
  • Implement system security and resiliency measures proactively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience required.
  • Mandatory card payment domain knowledge is essential.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms is desired.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL & SQL databases is beneficial.
  • Experience managing distributed systems and microservices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Unix tooling and scripting skills is advantageous.
