Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a support specialist. This individual will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to clients via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to navigate complex technical issues, and possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to client inquiries and concerns
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with clients through various mediums
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates

Requirements

  • C1 level of English proficiency or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional customer service experience or equivalent client-facing role
  • Experience supporting clients via email, chat, or phone
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Familiarity with Office 360 and other productivity tools
  • Experience with Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or Freshdesk
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM while chatting with clients
  • Interest in e-commerce and previous experience leading e-commerce clients an asset
